Technological Innovations for Inclusive Learning and Teaching (tiilt) Lab

I worked with the Minecraft Camps team in launching a local library summer camp for students in the Evanston D65 area, developing challenge maps in CodeBuilder Python ranging from speedbuilding to escape rooms. Additionally, I supervised students while in-session to ensure of a healthy playing environment. Currently, I am working with the lab to develop an application at the crossroads of music and data science which aims to quantize qualities of a musical piece.

I lead a 10-person team dedicated to improving the user experience of online team chess. I develop spreadsheets which become the stronghold of data presentation for team and player stats. In addition, I am in charge of initializing the rules and structure for league play, managing staff members and easing up tensions among players should the situation present itself.

Cub Scouts of America

I was at the forefront of instruction for Cub Scouts in the Blackhawk Area, leading the reciting of the Scout Oath and the Cub Scout Motto. I gathered the Scouts around to sit down and talk about an educational topic of the week. I would ask Scouts to elaborate on their thoughts along with ensuring Scouts felt comfortable and involved. I also supervised Scouts in physical activities including tag, making sure no harm was made.
